The child with ADHD can be inattentive, hyperactive & impulsive, or indeed suffer both problems. Often intelligent, sometimes superiorly so, they face rejection in academic and social environments due to their difficult to manage behavior.
We deconstruct the child with ADHD identifying underlying neurobiology (including abnormal brain rhythms), bodily issues (often neurometabolic), learning disabilities including dyslexia, co-existing autistic traits or tic disorders, family, social, environmental (including school) and educational factors.
